Open Inquiry

A practice of engaging in present-moment dialogue to explore what is arising right now. By bringing awareness to patterns of thought, emotion, and belief, participants uncover limiting stories and shift into greater clarity and authenticity. In a team setting, this builds mutual understanding, empathy, and deeper connection between leaders.

Harmonic Sound Resonance 

Through instruments such as sound bowls, tuning forks, and vibroacoustic technology, participants experience sound not just as something they hear, but as resonance moving through the body. This calms the nervous system, supports emotional release, and creates a fertile state for creativity, insight, and integration.

Dyad Practice 

A structured two-person dialogue where participants take turns listening and sharing without interruption or judgment. Dyads strengthen trust, presence, and vulnerability, creating space for leaders to feel seen and heard in ways that often don’t happen in day-to-day work culture.

Why I Created
The Synergy Approach

Over years of working with individuals and groups, I noticed a common thread: people often felt stuck, unable to grow or meet their goals because of limiting beliefs and unprocessed emotions held in the body. Much of this comes from the body–mind split we carry—living in our heads while neglecting the wisdom stored in our bodies.

I also realized that no single modality consistently worked for every person or every situation. Each client needed something slightly different, and each session called for a fresh approach. This insight led me to create The Synergy Approach—a way of weaving modalities together so we can meet people exactly where they are in each moment.

At the heart of The Synergy Approach is Open Inquiry—a practice of engaging in the present moment to explore what is arising, uncover limiting beliefs, and process emotions in a safe and supportive way. Within group settings, Open Inquiry also reveals something powerful: the thought loops and struggles we believe are unique to us are, in fact, shared by many. This dynamic fosters compassion, understanding, and greater openness among team members, strengthening connection and trust.

The Synergy Approach builds on this foundation by weaving in embodied practices such as:

  • Breathwork – to regulate the nervous system and release tension

  • Bioenergetic exercises – to open blocked energy and increase vitality

  • Intuitive movement & conscious dance – to restore presence, creativity, and flow

 

Together, these practices help integrate body and mind, release stored emotions, and open new pathways to authentic connection.

Every Synergy Workshop is crafted around your team’s unique goals. In the intake form, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate which modalities resonate most with your needs. Each workshop is then tailored—whether the focus is deepening communication, reducing stress, unlocking creativity, or strengthening team cohesion.

Additional tools—such as the vibroacoustic sound table—can be included for an even more immersive and integrative experience.

I am honored and excited to bring this work to you and your team, supporting each individual in their growth so they can contribute at a more authentic level and bring their unique gifts fully into the collective.

About Violet Richele Helander

Violet is known for weaving practical leadership tools with embodied awareness, helping teams not only process stress but unlock their natural capacity for resilience, creativity, and authentic collaboration.

Violet is an Executive Coach who supports individuals, groups, and organizations in cultivating presence, resilience, and authentic connection. Her background weaves together sound healing, embodiment practices, and transformational inquiry. She has led retreats, group trainings, and 1:1 sessions internationally, and is the author of Untethered: A Dream Within a Dream, as well as a creator of abstract art and poetry that inspire presence and awareness.

 

Her approach is rooted in the understanding that growth is often a process of unbecoming—laying down the limiting beliefs and stories we carry so that authentic expression can emerge. In this space, leaders and teams reconnect not only with clarity and creativity, but also with a deeper sense of unity and care. At its heart, her work is about helping people return to their natural capacity for presence and bring their unique gifts forward with authenticity, purpose, and love.
